Join UPC for our first meeting of the 2026-27 school year! Superintendent Dr. Dan Courson opens the program with our annual "Opening Bell" presentation to preview the year ahead + Q&A. We'll close with the Presidents' Round Table to connect with fellow parent/guardian leaders and share important updates.

When meeting in-person, our schedule is traditionally:
- 8:45 a.m. Mingle with UPC and District Leadership
- 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. We invite district leadership to take the stage first before we shift to UPC business.
- 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. The Open Table, where the conversation keeps going after we adjourn.

Except where noted, general meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month from August through May in the District Administration Center East/West Conference Rooms on the grounds of the PVUSD complex at 15002 North 32nd Street. Visitors are always welcome. The meeting consists of two parts. A business segment covers updates from the Superintendent and committees, announcements, and other discussion. The educational program portion is an opportunity to hear speakers or presentations on topics of interest to parents.
