Nominations are Closed for 2020
Recipients will be announced by the individual school sites between late April and the first week of May. Site principals decide exactly when and how the announcement is made. Recipients will be honored at a special ceremony before the May 14, 2020 Governing Board Meeting
Parents and students are invited to nominate a teacher or school-site staff member from the current school year who has made a difference by going above and beyond for the students of PVSchools. Please submit a nomination and tell us why that person has earned your appreciation. Recipients will be recognized at a special ceremony before the May 14th Governing Board meeting. To help publicize these annual recognitions among individuals at your school, please consider distributing the poster about the program (all forms are in PDF format). During the nomination period, you can print this Nomination Form and submit your completed nomination to UPC through your school's interoffice mail.
