Teacher-Staff Appreciation


The United Parent Council honors PVUSD teachers and staff members annually through its Teacher-Staff Appreciation Awards.  Parents and students who wish to nominate a teacher or staff member who has made a difference to them can print out and complete the nomination form (the file is in a PDF format), including a short letter as to why the nominee is deserving of the award.  Selected nominees will be recognized at a May Governing Board meeting.

Nominations are due by April 16, 2010.  Return the form to UPC either through your school's UPC representative, sent as an attachment to upcmail@hotmail.com, or mail to UPC, c/o Community Resource Center, 15032 N. 32nd Street, Phoenix AZ 85032.
