| Monthly Meeting Wednesday, May 19, 2010 COMPASS 2015 and Closing Bell Throughout the school year, scores of parents, teachers, classified staff, administrators, and community members have been contributing their time and talents to creating our latest strategic plan: COMPASS 2015. An acronym for Centered on Measures Positioning All Students for Success, COMPASS 2015 delineates the District's vision, missions, goals, and objectives for the next five years. At the April meeting, we heard presentations from various departments about strategies and action plans; in May, representatives from the Human Resources and Operations Oversight Committees will talk about their work. Superintendent James Lee will talk about the year in review and give us a sneak peak at the coming school year! We will be installing our officers for 2010-11 and presenting the annual "UPC-ie" awards! Join us as we bid farewell to a successful 2009-2010 school year!
